Our walkways are professionally adjusted so guests can always drive to the dock, park nearby, and safely walk directly onto the dock regardless of lake level. Water fluctuations do not affect access, making Fish & Fiddle a reliable choice year-round for boating and fishing on Norfork Lake. A private road approximately 800 feet long runs from the resort down to the dock and parking areas, providing convenient and easy access for guests and their equipment.

Fishing From The Dock & Fish Cleaning Station
Guests frequently fish from the dock for crappie, bass, catfish, and walleye both day and night. Fishing is popular around the boat slips and at the end of the dock. A large eight-foot stainless steel fish cleaning station with running water is located on the dock for convenient cleaning of your catch. Fish remains may be returned to the lake, and freezer facilities are available at the resort to preserve your fish during your stay.

Boat Launching & Trailer Parking
During normal and high-water conditions, boats may be launched directly from the dock road. When lake levels are low, a public hard-surfaced boat launch is located just a few minutes away. Once boats are secured in their slips, trailers may be parked at the resort in a large, designated trailer parking area.

The Fish & Fiddle dock, walkways, swim deck, and parking areas are well lit for safe nighttime use. Lighting runs from one end of the dock to the other, allowing guests to enjoy evening fishing, swimming, and relaxing by the water. The 12-foot by 24-foot swim deck is also illuminated. Dock walkways are solid and stable, even during high water, and do not rock or sway when walked on. Handrails extend the entire length of all walkways for added safety.

Fish & Fiddle Resort is a pet-friendly lake resort on Norfork Lake, and well-behaved pets are welcome on the dock when accompanied by their owners at all times. We know pets are part of the family and enjoy lake life just as much as their owners. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets must be friendly with people and other dogs.
